Amaro San Simone
According to what is handed down, it was a brotherhood of monks that existed in Turin in the sixteenth century to create what was originally a purifying drink obtained from plants, herbs, fruits and roots. The original recipe was found in the archives of the Antica Officina Farmaceutica San Simone at the beginning of the 1950s: we are not talking about the current bitter, but about a purely pharmaceutical drink. Today it is produced keeping the suppliers and processing methods unchanged, the production cycle of the bitter practically takes place in the Turin area. From the bottling to the maceration of the herbs, passing through the research of the latter: the herbs and plants are 34 and come mainly from Piedmont.

Amaro Sibilla
A very fine bitter, linked to the history and ancient uses of the mountain territory from which it takes its name, Amaro Sibilla was invented in 1868 by Girolamo Varnelli who put his great herbal experience to good use to have a product that was also a "remedy" for the shepherds of transhumance. Even today, this bitter is obtained from a decoction of gentian and other medicinal plants over a wood fire. It is sweetened exclusively with honey from the Sibillini Mountains and then extensively decanted and finished on canvas before being bottled. Already awarded in Rome in 1902 and in Turin in 1909, today Amaro Sibilla, for its historicity and for the unchanged quality of taste and ingredients, has been recognized by expert tasters as one of the absolute excellences in the ranking of amari.

De Chelu
Its aroma is intense, notes of licorice, anise and mentholated hints are the masters, there is no lack of memories of coffee and tobacco. On the palate it has a sweet but never cloying flavor, it is intense and very persistent. Born with the use of a high quality and carefully selected Calabrian licorice, it has a purity that exceeds 99%. The Liqueur is obtained with the Glabra quality, originally from Southwest Asia. The other ingredients used to make this black nectar are sugar, water and a star anise distillate.

TONCASANA
It was 1970 when Teodoro Negro created the original recipe for what would later become a symbol of the Langhe. Teodoro was the right person to leave a mark on history and on the territory. In fact, always passionate about herbs, which he collected and cataloged himself, he graduated in herbal medicine from the University of Pavia, in 1940. Over time he refined his knowledge of herbal properties, in particular their therapeutic powers, until the opening before his herbal medicine shop and then an adjacent specialized factory. It was here that he elaborated his liqueur based on 37 herbs, exactly the same one that his grandson continues to prepare today.
