CELLAR: DUE PALME SOC. COOP AGRICOLA VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested manually from selected vineyards. Fermentation takes place in horizontal rotary winemakers at a controlled temperature of 23-25°C for approximately 10 days. The final racking takes place using soft presses. REFINEMENT Brief refinement in second and third passage French oak barriques, then in the bottle. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS A pure Negramaro, exemplary from the first glance: material but bright ruby, with a garnet edge. On the nose it evokes hints of cherry and small black berries. Delicate hints of vanilla and toasted notes follow. Enveloping on the palate, warm but adequately supported by freshness and flavor. Caressing tannins, long in persistence, the finish.

CELLAR: PIETRO DAL CERO (BS) - CA DEI FRATI TASTING NOTES: Today Igino, Gian Franco and Anna Maria return to the eastern lands of Verona, the birthplace of their father Pietro, to whom this bottle is dedicated. They do it with an emblematic wine of Veronese wine production in the world, Amarone. The ruby color captivates with its tone and intensity. The fruit is exuberant with a very pleasant black cherry that blends with notes of chocolate and sweet spices. The finesse elevates the floral component and the purple rose. At that time, Count Loredan had begun to think about making a great red wine aged in large barrels based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec, thus giving rise to this Reserve which has become the emblem of the territory.

WINERY: MONTELVINI SRL TV TASTING NOTES The Glera grapes ripen towards the end of September. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature, through the use of selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is filtered and stored, then fermented again in an autoclave with the addition of the liquer de tirage at a temperature of 16 ° C. Once the sparkling wine is obtained, it is refrigerated at - 4 ° C and left in contact with the yeasts. After refinement, the product is isobarically filtered in a second autoclave and bottled.
