Izakaya literally means "place where alcohol is drunk" and is typically a popular restaurant, a convivial place that will give you a real immersion in Japanese culture.

Who we are

Our boss, Nicola, is the mind and hands behind this project: a brewer by passion, a microbiologist by training, Toji by choice, who transmits his dedication every day. At his side, the irreplaceable Vania masterfully directs the service in the dining room, orchestrating every detail like a perfect gear. Behind the stove, the creative flair of chefs Fulvia and Alessandro delights the palate with original and innovative dishes, reinterpreting flavors and traditions with a contemporary vision.
